Along with my team, I have been quite busy trying to wrap our thinking around personalized learning. For our end of year reflections, we decided to share out all that we have found that helped us in our journey. We also wanted to make sure to include the areas where we really were perplexed, and also, the areas where we failed. Each failure, though, re-energized us to take a different perspective, and try again.
